Your brand name and logo on every roll, bag, and label. Supply your artwork file — we coordinate print with our manufacturing partners.

From bulk rolls to shelf-ready polybag + label. Local unit sizing (imperial or metric), barcodes, local-language packaging for direct retail distribution.

When your order spans multiple product types or suppliers, we apply one QC standard across all of them. One inspection protocol, one shipment, one quality level.

We finalise all technical parameters together: material, GSM, color, dimensions, UV grade, branding, and certification requirements.

Requirements Review

We reply within 1 business day and ask clarifying questions — color, permeability, GSM, certifications needed, packaging format.

Sample Approval

You evaluate and provide feedback. Approved — move to production. Revisions needed — we address and re-sample. Max 2 free revision rounds.

Sample Production

We coordinate with manufacturing partners to produce samples per confirmed spec. Standard samples ready within 7–14 days.

Sample Dispatch

Shipped via DHL / FedEx / UPS with spec data sheet and basic test report. Tracking number provided on dispatch.

Common adjustments: color, GSM, width, permeability. Each revision round takes 5–10 additional days. Standard OEM orders include 2 free revision rounds before additional charges apply.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Finished goods inspected against approved sample and spec sheet. Inspection photos and report shared before requesting balance payment.

Production Start

30% deposit confirms your order into the production schedule. Written lead time, start date, and completion date confirmed.

In-Process QC

Raw material inspection, mid-production sampling, dimensional verification. Deviations flagged and corrected before completion.

Delivery & After-Sales

We track your shipment to destination and confirm receipt. We follow up on product performance and remain your contact for reorders and future projects.

Export Packing & Booking

Export packaging confirmed, shipment booked. 70% balance due before departure. ETD confirmed in writing.

Export Documentation

Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and any certification documents needed for customs clearance at destination.

Custom orders have longer lead times and higher minimums. If a standard product meets your needs, we'll save you both.

Customisation is only useful if it actually works. We'd rather lose a sale than take an order we can't fulfil to your standard.

Product compliance documents we can provide. Organic certification for your farm is a different matter — and we won't blur that line.

Ordering frost fleece in November for a February blossom season in Europe isn't always feasible. We'll tell you.
